      Virtual Patrol is a modern service of remote visits to the facility carried out by Securitas Operations Center operators using video surveillance systems. It provides more frequent inspections than traditional patrols, faster response to incidents and a real increase in the level of security.

      Limitations of traditional patrols

      Traditional mobile patrols are most often an intervention service, performed in response to an alarm signal received. If mobile patrols have a preventive function, they are carried out at specific intervals. This means that some events may go unnoticed between subsequent inspections.

      In large or distributed facilities, it is difficult to ensure constant control of all zones, so Virtual Patrol is a solution that provides high-frequency control of the facility.

      Remote Video Patrol and Quick Response

      Securitas Operations Center operators carry out Virtual Patrols using CCTV cameras in facilities. As agreed with the client, they perform scheduled or random rounds, checking key zones and identifying irregularities.

      In the event of detecting an inconvenience or threat, appropriate actions are taken - verification, referral of an intervention patrol, notification of appropriate services.

      How Virtual Patrol works

      Virtual Patrol is a remote control of the facility carried out by Securitas Operations Center operators using a camera system. It allows you to check the security status more often than traditional physical patrols.

        Camera systems are deployed in key areas of the facility, which are monitored by the Securitas Operations Center.
      • Security check
        The Securitas Operations Center operator connects to the system and remotely assesses the security status of the facility and identifies potential threats.
      • Reaction
        If irregularities are detected, the operator initiates appropriate procedures.
      • Documentation
        The implementation of each inspection is documented.
