    We offer monitoring of alarm signals carried out by the Securitas Operations Center. After the alarm is triggered, operators verify the event and take appropriate actions – from contacting the customer, through remote security assessment, to notifying the services or sending an intervention patrol.

    Thanks to alarm signal monitoring, you gain a quick response and control over the security of the facility – regardless of the number of facilities and the dispersion of the location.

    Service Description

    How does remote verification of alarm signals work?

    Video verification of alarms allows you to quickly check the cause of the event and take appropriate action. We use a camera system and image analysis to support the assessment of the situation and increase control over safety.

    • Cameras
      The facility is equipped with a system of sensors and cameras connected to the Securitas Operations Center.
    • Alarm signal
      When the alarm is triggered, the system automatically registers the event and forwards the notification to the operator.
    • Verification
      The operator analyses the event based on the image from the cameras and verifies the cause of the alarm. In the case of installing an audio system, voice communication with a person on site is also possible.
    • Reaction
      If an event poses a threat, the operator takes appropriate action - directs a patrol, contacts the customer or notifies the appropriate services.
